We've
had Sweetie for four years now. She was thought to be a he for
many years, until this summer when she laid four eggs. They were
unfertile for there has been no he in her life. Good thing we called
her Sweetie, it fits either sex!! Sweetie tries to rule the roost
amongst our other pets, four cats, a dog, snake, and a box turtle. She
loves to sit out in the yard on the swing and listen to the other
birds. She never really has learned to talk, but can whistle and
tries to imitate other birds. After all she is a bird!! She likes to
cuddle and preen my hair and tickle my ears when I'm on the computer.
She sure is a sweetie, my Sweetie!!
