I have 2 Chinese Water Dragons, and one of them likes to sleep submerged under water with just his nose above the surface to breath. Periodically I notice he is not breathing for long periods of time and appears to be dead which is very unnerving. Is this natural or healthy for him to "jumpstart" breathing? So far he seems to be normal and healthy when awake.
