If there is a favorite food of Abby, it is green leaf lettuce She absolutley loves it (without dressing, of course) . So here are a few pictures of her enjoying her favorite treat of "lettuce" ....maybe in another life she was a bunny Stay away Buddy..it is all mine! ooohhhh...I just love it sooo much...yum! look mom, I can even sit up for it it is all gone...im such a good girl....

Wow... I've never seen anything like that. My guys would stare at it and say "What is this, a new plate for my tuna or something?"

THE FOUND CATS,WHEN THEY SNIFF AROUND MY SALADS,ARE DOING THAT,NOT FOR THE LETTUCE,BUT THE KRAFT THREE CHEESE SALD DRESSING,WHICH SCRAPPY 2 LOVES.THAT IS ONE UNIQUE CAT,BUT WHEN THE LORD MADE CATS,HE WANTED THEM,TO BE AS DIFFRERENT,AS THE SNOWFLAKES.

That is so neat, a kitty that loves lettuce and actually asks for it! As long as it won't cause any health or digestive problem, why not? Several years ago we had a dog that loved broccoli! Whenever I made it, I had to make a little extra for the dog. Did come to find out that my son wasn't eating his like I thought he was, when he thought I wasn't looking he was giving his to the dog who was quietly camped out under the table by my son's chair. A world without pets? I don't think so.....

what a funny little girl. My Vixen likes (Not Loves but likes) lettuce as well but then again she likes mushrooms, any kind of peppers, olives she goes gaga for, well she likes pretty well everything. If you don't clean the plate of any scraps after you eat you can be assured Vixen will be into it and stealing anything and everything. So, we have to make sure to clean the plates off. LOL

Mine also loves salad...only with dressing though ! And not all sorts of salads, the leaves have to be very tender! He sometimes tries to steel it from our plates. He also loves olives, avocado, melon... I probably forget some other ones.

I came home from grocery shopping this morning, and as always she was searching through all the bags looking for "her lettuce". And of course she found the bag it was in My husband thinks it is a bit strange that I purchase green leaf lettuce for a cat ... but whats a mom to do? She only gets a small piece daily,so her tummy doesnt get upset, and we do eat the rest in our salads so it is not wasted. also, she is so funny about it, that when I wash the lettuce she actually begs for it by tapping me on the leg and crying till she gets her piece of lettuce. what a very silly girl she is
