I am so sad. RIP MR. Finney

Last night, I noticed my betta fish Mr. Finney was sick. I knew in my heart that today would be his final day. Mr. Finney would have turned 3 in March. For Christmas Mr. Finney received a tank makerover with new rocks & plants.

I was with Mr. Finney when he took his last breath today. About 15 minutes ago. I stood by his tank for about 20 minutes and talked to him and tried my best to comfort him. He always came to to the top when I walked by the tank. Today, He swam to the top one last time.

I am sooo sad.. I really got attached to Mr. Finney. He was one of a kind fish.

I don't know if I should bury him or put him in a special pond (since he is a fish).

RIP mr. Finney. You had a good life.

Tia I'm very sorry to hear that MR Finney has passed over to the bridge but I'm sure he's swimming happily there.

It is weird how you can get so attached to a fish, but I know the feeling...your not alone.

I'm sorry! It's never easy losing our beloved pets.
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

I'm so sorry, Tia What a beautiful Betta boy Mr. Finney was, and I have no doubt he lived the happiest of lives with you as his mom; a Christmas tank makeover He lived a blessed life and knew up to his final breath, how completely loved he was. I'm so glad for you, and him, that you were able to be with him as he left for the Rainbow Bridge.
Hugs to you friend...You and Mr. Finney are in my thoughts and prayers.
