Wish me a little luck

I may not have mentioned this, but BP have bought back the franchise I was working for. So basically in a little more than two hours time I have to go to a meeting and interview with people from BP, to ascertain whether they will offer me a contract or not. I have little doubt that they will, but the question remains if it is the contract I want. This is not a hostile takeover, and I know quite a few people within BP so I'm confident on how things will go. But I guess you never can tell until it's over, so I might need a little luck.

They are going to post a letter of offer to me. Today was more of an assesment of me, but things went fairly well. (role playing even, I used to teach that kind of stuff, so no worries there.) As it turned out I knew a few people doing the assesment, and the big boss recognised my name from work I did with BP a few years ago. Reading between the lines, I think they want me to take on a more operational role perhaps, so the letter I get will be interesting. I'm not that worried, I get approached for a job, about every three months or so. If the offer isn't good, my agent will jump at the chance to place me somewhere else.
