THinking of you guys.
THinking of you guys.
The idea that some lives matter less is the root of all that is wrong with the world. - Dr. Paul Farmer
Thank you guys. I went through a period of intense paranoia looking at the healing tissues this morning getting myself worked up to thinking that might be it coming back. So I showed up at the vet's as he was pulling in for the day LOL. He says it is really too early to tell, but that right NOW it appears to be normal healing tissue. She will be checked every week and if she goes a month post surgery without any signs he thinks we will be able to breathe easy. I think the next week or two will be the hardest for me anxiety-wise. I am out every day after she plays, having her sit and taking pictures when she looks up with her tongue to the side so that I can really zoom in and study it close on the computer for any changes or suspicions. I have to admit I've gotten some pretty head shots of her while waiting for good mouth shots.
Her front three incisors on her right have sunk down a tad lower than the two on the left, I suppose from the partial bone removal destabilizing it, but it is really not noticeable, I doubt anyone else just looking at her would notice.
Her next recheck is in a week (same day/time). Thank you for keeping her in your prayers. She is not out of the woods yet.
