    Tori: Sad 1-year anniversary

    Hard to believe its been one year today since we had to say goodbye to Tori.. Still think of her with much sadness, poor girl. I felt so badly that we had only had her such a short time, and she died so far away from the family in OH she knew & loved - Still breaks my heart to think about it. I had just made arrangements to take her back, as I hoped maybe she would heal better being back with her family, but right before our leave date she took a bad turn for the worse and was so very, very weak, I didn't think she'd make it. It didn't seem fair to put her through that long trip in that condition.
    I'm so sorry, little one, I truly hope you are happy at the RB with your brother Sherman.
    Jack was there for her from the day we brought her home till those last couple days, when he watched over her.

    So sad she didn't get to be with you longer. I guess Sherman wanted his sister to be back with him. I bet they have snow at the rainbow bridge. She was a gorgeous dog, and very loved. {{HUGS}}

    I am sure she and Sherman, my peanut butter buddy, are together up at the Rainbow Bridge!

    Lots of love and hugs. I hope Tori is playing with Leo right now - I think they would both like that.

    Happy memories! He'll be there to greet you someday, and be waiting for his peanut butter biscuit!
