I had a really bad headache. I sat back on the bed and drifted off for a few minutes when I heard something that woke me with a jolt.

He took the gun, still aimed at me and got ready to pull the trigger. I closed my eyes but kept my composure. If he was this serious, he could kill me for all I care.
I kept my eyes closed until a gun went off. I jumped and covered my ears, waiting for pain. Nothing came. I slowly opened my eyes. Everyone was down on the ground and I was the only one standing.
