I wish I was rich. I would just fly to Australia when summer hit here. They look so cute in their coats. Wish it got cold enough here to dress up Duke. But, would you believe I do have Duke wearing a sweater? It's Simba's.

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
    I miss you

I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.

Fur as dark as the night.
    Join me on this flight.
Paws of love that follow me.
In my heart you'll forever be.

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.

I love their coats! I almost wish Bijou didn't have such a heavy coat all on her own so I could put her in a nifty (okay, and maybe just a wee bit girly) jacket!

Very nice coats there. I believe they are ready for the winter weather now.

You would certainly attract a lot of attention. Though I'm sure you would anyway with the young fella's down here.

Actually I do know what cold really is. In my air force days we had to do snow traing, which was done at the base in Trenton, Canada. Training consisted of various lectures, getting the aircraft ready to fly in cold conditions etc. But mainly lots of drinking, fishing on the ice, and various other activities the Canadians thought would be fun for sun drenched aussies. We were in Zurich, Switzerland during winter once, the temp was -26degC. (Trying to push buttons and stuff on an aircraft was not that easy.) I think after that trip I have always felt the cold. My knees certainly do at any rate.

Winters in Sydney are not to bad, but we do get temps of 2 - 3 degC at times, and that's quite cold enough.

I'm sure Carole would buy boots if she found some BYD.

I think Dukes coat is very stylish.

If I could send the winter anywhere I certainly would!

Thankyou for you kind comments everyone.

Wow, I didn't realise it could be so cold in Australia. I hate anything below +20 C. And yet our winters can be -40 C. Still love where I live!
    I've been BOO'd!
