    A secretary needs a holiday!

    But of course some bosses try to keep it open until the last minute!!!!!!!
    But now it's decided. Edwina and Eddie allowed their secretary a week off, which means that Saturday at 6.15 p.m. we will pick up Sara and Don at Florence airport to spend a week together in Tuscany!

    I am so excited I hardly can wait! We drive down from Munich (with one stopover). We have rented an apartment in a former farm in the countryside and we want to go to Pisa, Siena (my favorite), Florence and other places

    Filou and Tigris will be taken care of by our cleaner (who is a nurse- but a stay-at-home mom now)- and has a dog and a cat herself, so she is purrfect for taking care of the various diets. In the second week (we will stay a little longer than Sara and Don because that week it's Ascension Day which is a holiday here) my sister comes over and stays with them.

    We have two little boys who live across the street and love to take care of us. Only.....they don't do turkey!

    And last night Curly gave Blondie an advance on her anniversary and birthday gifts.....a fabulous new camera!
