According to my mom, Peggy spent a very peaceful night and slept in her carrier without complaining, while Rocky, the rottie, was allowed to sleep in the bedroom. Obviously he enjoyed that priviledge and wasn't too unhappy about the new kitten.
Dino didn't come home last night, but when he showed up this morning, he hissed and growled when he spotted little Peggy. Same happened this afternoon when I was with them. Peggy was very interested in him, but he hissed and made the most awful sounds. Then he went upstairs, pouting. When I went after him, he came and complained, and he sounded really miserable and was nervous. Poor guy! After a couple of minutes, he wanted to go outside again, and I guess he won't come back tonight.
Little Peggy wasn't much impressed by his behavior. She just had an extended playing session and fell asleep soon after Dino had left.
