Digging

You may remember my dog Ona, the one who doesnt know her breed. Well i now have a problem that i can not break her of. She wants to dig in the back yard, not several tiny holes....one spot in general. i burried a dead animal in that spot several years ago. She dog the bones up...so i just threw them in the trash...filled her her hole and she keeps wanting to dig in the same spot...WHAT DO I DO TO KEEP HER FROM DIGGING THERE??

Don't know for sure

But she will likely keep digging there since she has discovered the buried animal. She probably smelled it - dogs are used for cadaver searches. Now that she knows she found something - and the smell is still there, she'll keep going back to it. I might just let her dig and dig until she realizes that there is nothing there - and then she'll stop. Unless you think there are still bones there - in which case I would dig up the remainder myself and rebury somewhere out of her territory.
