Goodbye first car, hello second car!

NOW I can start the real job hunting around the area with a reliable car.

    Here we go:

A final goodbye to the 93' Honda Civic EX - (had to replace exhaust, radiator, coolant hose, alternator/battery, brake lines, oil change, new tire, so.. it got too expensive, and it was time to get rid of it - and I got $500 which helped me to pay for my second car!)

Hello to my 2000 Ford Escort Zr2 which I got for $2,000:

Took me two and a half weeks to find a reliable car and this is it! All I have to do is to find a magazine so I can play the CD changer - nothing serious.

Congrats!!!! You got yourself a great looking car. I sure wish we could find something reliable like that for the same price for my son.

I know how exciting a new car is (because we just got a new car last night too )

    Lovely - what a deal!

My car's a 2001 - just keep up on the oil changes and tire rotation/tires, and you should get years out of that beauty.

Woo Hoo!! That is a really cute car! I loved the Escorts back when I started driving (in the late 80's early 90's) and they look so much sleeker now.
    Congratulations!!!
