Why does my cat wag its tail?

My cat is about nine years old and she wags her tail aggressively. She doesn't like people touching it too. Can you please tell my why this could be or better yet. How to stop it.

That is natural behavior for a cat. That is how we can tell they are angry, or sometime hunting. It's nothing you can train away, can you instead figure out what is making her anger?
