OMG, you won't believe what I just stepped on!!!!!

I was going outside to do a load of whites, in which I dropped my bleach and now there is a hole in the container (what do I do now? I tried taping it lol ) which really got me going. Grrr!

Anyways, I was going to look at this cockatoo that is flying around in the back of our house, a very beautiful bird, so far no lucky in catching it. One of the cats was in the back stalking it, a really evil kitty too who spits at you just for walking by.

The laundy was outside my door while I was looking at the bird. He flew away just in time. I am going to try to convince him to come to me once I see him again. He's been hanging around here for a while now.

Well, I was walking back to get my laundry and I looked down and there was this tiny tiny baby ribbon snake on the floor. I am assuming Houdini was playing with it. They never kill them, just play with them. I almost stepped on him!!! He/She is the tiniest little snakie I have seen in a long time and it's SO CUTE!!! Right now I have him in a Critter Keeper in the bathroom with the light turned off so he can recover from his stressful event. Later on today when Dan gets home we will go release him somewhere where there are not any cats..........domestic ones anyway.

HE'S SO CUTE! LOL I will take some pics in a little bit after I throw another load of laundry into the wash. I have to work tomorrow so I need clean clothes!

ok lol, let me resize them.

That same night I saw another little baby, but it was missing his head. Another cat here in the complex caught it. It was so sad because it was just a tiny wittle baby.

I only have this one pic because my camera batteries died and I had to recharge them. I actually had like two more, but I erased them from the comp, so this one will have to do!

And look at his cute tongue! It's so easy to get a tongue shot from ribbons. The scratches on my hand are from bathing the rat boys the other day. We already let the snakie go though, and it seemed as if he was a little injured because he couldn't move as well, but I still felt that he should be back inthe wild, so away he went, and hopefully he will make it this time.

Here I cropped that pic so you can seehis tongue better. I think it's so neat how it starts off white, then turns red, and then turns black.

Cass, Helen and her dad found two little snakes like that one summer. I believe they were even smaller than the one you found. She named them "Fiddle and Faddle", and they kept them for a short while before turning them loose. I am not a fan of any snakes, but I have to admit that Fiddle and Faddle were cute!!!
