    *Welcome Home Mac!*

    Today, we got a red-footed tortoise!

    His name is Mac. He's supposed to be my 5 year old brother's "first pet," however we will be taking care of him. We picked him up today... he is SO cute! Even though he'll grow to about 18 inches in diameter, he's only about 2 and a half inches right now. ^.^

    How big will he get? My friend got one of those baby tortoises that grow to be huge! Will he get really big? He's beautiful, what a charmer!

    Kari, he'll get to be about 18" in diameter. Believe it or not, this is the smallest breed of tortoise!
